After rolling out of sales on Black Friday, Apple turns to buy HP’s former headquarters.

The reason being that according to Tim Bajarin, president of the consulting firm Creative Strategies, Apple added 12,300 new employee last year, making it 46,600 employees they have working for them. It seems that until now, it’s unknown what Apple was going to do with their new site after paying $300 million for a total of 57 buildings, according to Steve Dowling, which makes them the largest land owner in the city according to the San Jose Mercury News
