Nokia to Abandon Old Symbian OS

Rumours have been confirmed that the world’s biggest cellphone maker Nokia is changing their old operating system Symbian OS to the new Windows Phone 7 operating system. This will take place in their new smartphones that can be expected to show up soon. This change from Symbian to Windows Phone 7 might the doing of the new CEO of Nokia, Stephen Elop, who comes from Microsoft. The new Windows Phone 7 has not been that well recommended by the global community, but how this will affect Nokia, we will have to wait and see.
