AT&T unsatisfied with their network

Ralph De La Vega, chief executive of AT&T, said that the telecommunications giant was not satisfied with their own network in a recent interview.

Finally, they’ve realized that their numerous unsatisfied customers may be on to something, when De La Vega was reported saying,

We are not happy where we are.

AT&T, which carries many different smartphones, mainly the iPhone, suffers from congestion on both data and voice fronts.

They have said that they were going to try to improve service, but penalizing MyWi users is not the way to go.

(Maybe to improve their service, they should… I don’t know, improve their service.)
