Duke Nukem

The publishers of first-person shooter game Duke Nukem Forever have fired the third-party public relations company representing them, after they threatened members of any press who gave the game a bad review (what happened to free speech? Down the toilet with PROTECT IP.)

The PR company, The Redner Group, posted this now removed message on their Twitter profile:

… too many went too far with their reviews…we r reviewing who gets games next time and who doesn’t based on today’s venom.

Well, publishers 2K Games has fired The Redner Group and they can bet they’re not getting any more gigs anytime soon.
