Qualcomm Stadium to be renamed Snapdragon Stadium
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Snapdragon by Qualcomm. All opinions are 100% mine.
The Qualcomm Stadium, located in Mission Valley (San Diego) for which they have had naming rights to since 1987, will be temporarily renamed to Snapdragon Stadium, after Qualcomm’s famous line of mobile processors.
For 11 days, starting December 18, the stadium will be temporarily called the Snapdragon Stadium and will host many events, such as the Chargers vs Baltimore Sunday night game, and two college football games: the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl and the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl.
Snapdragon processors by Qualcomm are the digital brains inside mobile devices made by a variety of mobile phone manufacturers, such as HTC, Samsung and LG. These processors are what help power modern e-commerce and mobile telecommunications, and are constantly being improved upon by the innovative engineers at Qualcomm.
This exciting stadium renaming is sure to draw in a lot of attention to their processors, and create awareness as to what goes on behind the pretty LCD displays, to the very chip that powers their lives.
